Weekly Update: Sept 2–8, 2022

The start of September was not kind to the crypto market as Bitcoin fell to $18,500 US. Investors are extremely fearful as the Fear vs Greed index is at 20 compared to being at 40 last month. Even though the market looks dubious at best, the Sphynx community has seen and experienced a lot of great news and updates over the past week.

The Sphynx Mobile App just passed 10,000 downloads. More and more people are extremely pleased with the app as it still has a 5-star rating on Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

More eyes are looking at Sphynx as the Sphynx Twitter page went from 35.8k to 46.8k over the past seven days. But on top of that, Sphynx Labs are also the top TVL gainers (TVL > $1M) on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) over the past week! This should be no surprise, as Sphynx Labs offer great and secure farming options on the platform.

Next, the Genesis ETH Staking is now Live. The CEO, Lonzo, has extended the time to stake the Genesis until after the ETH merge and the rewards will start happening after the ETH merge. In addition, people can do batch staking, which means users can stake all their Genesis on one transaction.
